Why are the numbers on Naruto episodes different such as episode '205' of the English dub is episode 204 in the subs did they skip an episode in the English version?

A few episodes were skipped and some of the double episodes (ex: 85-86) were shown as single episodes.

These 287 have been dubbed and released as of 3 September 2013. The Wikipedia page on One Piece episodes states that up to episode 299 will be released on 15 October 2013 and 312 by 4 December 2013. Take those numbers with a grain of salt; I got them from Wikipedia.

You can get a pretty decent number on youtube, but they are usually in three parts. search "mock the week series(#) episode (#)" and that should turn up a few, assuming you fill in the numbers. You cannot get all the episodes, but like I said there are quite a few there.
