The other writers didn't consider them relevant enough to be worth mentioning... only two of the Gospels even bother giving any details at all about Jesus' birth itself. Also, technically the "three wise men" are not in any of the gospels... Matthew says there were "wise men", but he doesn't say how many. Could have been two, could have been 147.
That is just human thinking. The Bible does say that the wise men gave gifts to Jesus.
Mat 2:11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
The manger and the number of wise men is not mentioned also the time of this event is not necessarily exactly at the time of Jesus' birth.
There is no story in the Gospels of any Arabian king giving anything to Our Lord Jesus.
Both the shepherds and wise men were there in both the gospels.

You won't find them, on my reading. It only says "wise men from the East", and not even that there were *three*. The traditional names, Caspar, Balthazar and Melchior, are later additions to the Gospels. The Gospels are also silent on ethnicity/colour, despite there being a tradition that one of them was black.
