Why are there more Caucasian athletes that compete in the World Strongmen events if African-Americans have more testosterone?
1. Is that a proven fact or is it just speculation on the part of some?
2. Elevated testosterone levels only account for SOME muscle mass. The same can be accomplished with exercise and training, and let's face it, if you're ancestors were large, muscular people, there's more of a chance that you will be too, whether you're black, white, Asian or Martian.
3. Weight training is an expensive and time consuming activity. Not everyone who has the body type will be able to go on to win strong-man events.
4. Testosterone production is mainly determined on environment , nutrition and stimulation. http://thetlab.com
