Trade relationships continue to break as the business owner's have disagreements on where they want the future of the business to be. Sometimes it's just good to have a new partner or not one at all as there are arguments in how the money will be split between them and who will work and how much money will be put into the capital. If one person puts in the money to start the business and works and the other person doesn't do anything for the business there will of course be arguments. Both owners will have to contribute to the business for it to be a successful one. If one person is good actively and one is good in the office with all the paperwork that's a plus as they can both teach other, which helps in getting their relationship bonds stronger and will end up being a successful business in the future.

I don't really think so. You should try to take a break from "boyfriend and girlfriend" relationships and to more friendlier relationships. You need some time to heal from the break-up.
