to make wood pulp and toilet paper and paper and other stuff
It is not possible to know how many trees were logged. Logging was severe in the Daintree rainforest, especially after World War II, 1945, but in 1987 the Daintree was confirmed with World Heritage listing. There has been no logging there since.
trees are gettting cut down
Some bad things about the Daintree is:- Developers trying to knock down the rainforest- Poisonous plants like the Wait-A-While vine- Dangerous animals- Logging (cutting down all the trees so there's none left)- Farming (clearing the land for more farming)- Tourism (the more the interest in the Daintree grows, the higher demand of people come, resolting in more pollution to the clean rainforet air)~ Hope this helped!! :) xo
Well...when you cut down trees you also cut down oxygen. So the affect of logging makes the climate a lot hotter. So if you are a logger STOP!! Cause your killing our world! Thank you! C.E.A!!

Yes, climate change is a threat to all rainforests, including the Daintree. Changes in rainfall patterns, or rising temperature and changing wind patterns could mean the death of many trees, threatening the habitat of many native animal species.
