they need to be mature. i have 14 brothers and sisters in my family 7 of them are in university and non of them watch cartoons. my twin sisters tori and Sam are 6 and a half and they don't watch cartoons so if u still watch cartoons and u r in university grow up!

I never really knew this. And I suppose these College and University students just think they are great and being clever is everything. Watching cartoons is still ok when you grow up. People get inspiration from cartoons all the time. I mean, have you seen any t-shirts around with characters on them? There are loads out there. If these people continue to think this, I guess you'd just have to ignore them. But trust me, Cartoons are used in fashion, and other things as well. I must admit I still do watch a few cartoons, I'm 15. So I hope this advice is helpful, I want to go to an art college and I wouldn't let something like this bring me down. Just remember, watching cartoons is OK. :)

Most people in their late teens and early 20s rarely watch them, they mostly watch dramas, sitcoms and the news

No. Maturity has to deal with how you act and if you can control yourself in situations when others are being dumb and immature. I know people at the age of fifty who still watch cartoons. If your worried that people will think your immature because you watch cartoons, simply don't tell anyone. It doesn't have to be known to everyone and if you work with cartoons its expected
