Most of us don't take enough vitamins and minerals that are required by our body on day to day basis. we cant say this vitamin is important or that one . Each vitamin & mineral is equally important. We have to Take them in definite amount.
Vitamins are found in the foods that we eat, but the type of amount of those vitamins varies by the type of food. Vitamins are critical in the body; they act as co-enzymes, allowing our body to perform critical reactions. When we don't eat high quality, nutritious food, we don't get all of the vitamins that we need to perform these important reactions in the body.
