Before one falls asleep, one often thinks about people they like, care about, or just random things in general. It's been said that if one is thinking about someone, that same person is likely to be in one's dream. So, maybe before you're falling asleep you're thinking about your crush. And the reason for the dreams being sexual is because even when you're sleeping, your mind still knows that you like that person as more of a friend, and often times your dreams are what you want to happen in real life.

Or talk to her, show her in a civilized way that she had caught your eye. If she is giving you the signs back then maybe you should ask her out. Good Luck!
