Well I have been keeping butterflies for about 2 weeks now and I have been experiencing these problems. I think they are shaking their wings and body because they are nervous and scared. If you actually hold it in your hand you could feel it vibrating. You should notice this after they have emerged out of their cocoons or if you mess around with them too much....... I hope this helps.
Luna Moths shake to generate heat energy so they can fly. As an afterthought, although I'm not too sure about this, as a form of self defense, a related species, Attacus atlas, will shake to ward off predators. Again, I don't know if this mechanism applies to lunas, but the first part is definitely a reason why they shake, lol.
I'm not really sure, I knew at one time. But I do know this is not abnormal. Don't worry if that's happening!
