Could be a lot of things - change in diet, gaining or losing weight reletively quickly, material on your bra, allergic reaction to your laundry detergent, allergic reaction to soap in shower, etc. If it gets too uncomfortable or painful, or if your nipples get really dry and crack and bleed then you'll probably want to see a doctor, or try changing things around your house to see if it gets better.
