There is no combination of buttons or anything. the only characters you can get are Naruto Sasuke Sakura Neji Jiraiya with the help of a cheat sheet shikamaru and lee. But on the jap version the doors that are garded by two people in the ninja academy that say genin arent allowed past this point they are garding a training room with itachi in it.

30 hit combo? easiest way i know is by using Garra of the Sand. chakra dash toward your opponent to get in close then just repeatedly press the attack button. you can easily get 30+ hits on the opponent.(provided they arent a master of substitution jutsu a.k.a countering) hope this helps
