You can use custom skins if that is what you mean. You cannot use multiple skins for the model at the same time.

Sites such as FPSBanana hold skins which, to my knowledge, are perfectly safe. It is perfectly legal to utilize custom skins over online systems. They will only appear to you, and no one else will ever know.
