Hydroelectric power requires a powerful, but controlled, flow of water. That automatically means a dam on a large river. Pretty much everywhere in my country (USA) that that can be done, it already has been done. But many people live nowhere near a dam or a large river. They must get their electricity other ways.
Hydroelectric power produces electricity by using water.
With a fast flowing river, hydroelectric power can be generated.
The process of using falling water to spin turbines is called hydroelectric power.
because we arent gonna run out of water any time soon
Hydroelectric power is formed using water falling from a high pint to a low one through turbines. While the power is generated by using gravitational energy, this ultimately does come from the sun.
