High possibility nothing needs to be "fixed." You have probably been logging in while WoW is under matinance and the realms list won't show up....Just wait for them to be done and your list will show back up.

Why arent your rsbot scripts showing up in your script selection box?
Click on the small pen icon in the top left corner by the refresh. If this doesn't work, when you compiled you must of got an error, delete the script in the 'scripts' folder and try compiling again.
