Because it would take a long long time for oxygen and nutrients to get where they need to go in the cell. Being small allows the small molecules to move quickly where they need to go. Think of if you had to triple the size of your house and you had to use the bathroom. It would take you LONGER to get to the bathroom from the front door if your house was bigger. You would want the house to be smaller so you can get to the bathroom quicker (and not have an accident!).
cells can not be large because well you may die like that
also there are many many cells to help the human body or other bodies
and if they are large they wouldn't have enough and some could die and you might die along with them
... Cells are Small for a reason, here's why...
The smaller the cells are the easier and much quicker it is for the cell to function or respond.
If the cells were bigger it wouldn't function well because the messages the nucleus sends to the cells would take forever to get from one place to another.
Animal cells are the biggest
Plant cells are smaller
and...
Bacterial cells are the smallest
There are many reasons why cells dont grow to astronimical size. Many reasons are genetic and others are self preserving. For more detailed information, see the related link.
Why_cells_aren%27t_big
Liha.
Cells are small because diffusion is less efficient over longer distances and takes longer
because cells divide(cell division) and create more cells due to the fact that the nucleolus doesn't grow while the cell does and separtes
most cells are actually very small because the larger the cell is, the longer it takes to move nutrients around and the more nutrients the cell needs to maintain the cell
Diffusion would no longer work.
It was all about cells thinking about big cells and the cells are thinking as well
The vacuole.
he worked on big cells
he suggested that all cells arise from cells that already exist.
because my dick is very big
It was all about cells thinking about big cells and the cells are thinking as well
No. Instead animal cells have several small vacuoles, or none at all.
I think it's have big cells.Althought ants is very small.
cells that are big cells that are big have a up to 2~3 nucleus
Of course not! Life ranges from single cells to billions of them. Even humans differ in their numbers of cells, depending on how big they are.
no
because they make up things and if they were big then we would all be big cells walking around
as big as the world
its a big big balloon in your head that when you dont take care of it, it pops and all of your body dies
The vacuole.
No. The two big examples of non-reproduction in humans is red blood cells and neurons.
All cells have cell walls. The big difference is that plant cells have an additional layer of cell wall covering them.
