Maybe there is something wrong with ur system, when it is supposed to unlock an emblem, does it come up with a error message etc. If so, get help. If not, then just level up, kill stuff etc. If u only play MW3 single player, then u cant unlock any emblems there. Same with spec ops I think.

No, you don't lose any of your titles or emblems, but you have to start again from Level 1, with no weapon attachments or any unlocks. However you do start the next prestige with a new and permanent cap-badge and some new challenges. Hope this helps :)

No, there are no gold weapons. However, with certain amounts of kills or headshots, you can unlock emblems and titles for the weapon they were achieved with. The kills part also applies to killstreaks, like the AC130.

when you prestige in COD it restarts all your challanges and all of your weopons, the only things that stay the same are the titles and embles also your killstreaks get re-started and you have to unlock them over again. oh and you dont get any new guns or anything like that just some titles and emblems and bragging rights DONT BOOST

No, unfortunately. When you prestige, you lose everything but your titles and emblems. Luckily with Modern Warfare 3, they have implemented a system that slightly takes the sting out of prestiging. Everytime you prestige, you are given a prestige token. With this token you can use it to give yourself 2hrs of Double Experience points for either your weapons or levels, some titles and emblems at certain prestiges or you can unlock 1 piece of gear in the whole game. Whether it be any primary or secondary weapon, a perk, any lethal or tactical grenade or a deathstreak. And the best thing is that whatever you unlock will always be unlocked for everytime you prestige after so you do not have to unlock it again, except for the double Weapon/Level XP tokens, which expire after those two hours and you have to use another token to get them again.
