For takeoff, it requires so much thrust to get it off the ground that if it used a regular runway, it would need something like 5 miles behind it to avoid damage. So they make it take off vertically to avoid that. A space shuttle lands on a regular (but slightly longer) runway just like a plane.
well the answer is no, you cant BUT you can download one from the internet by googling space shuttle you can launch in x plane 9 and that's as far as i know
no an airplane cant go into space whereas a space shuttle can. they're made differently
no you cant the bal willnot stay on the ground
If the space shuttle were a powered aircraft it would be able to land in the rain just fine. The problem with the rain isn't actually the rain, but the dense clouds that go with it. The space shuttle, while landing, is only a glider. It doesn't have the capability to 'go around' if there is a problem while it is approaching the landing site. NASA plays it safe and only lands the shuttle when the conditions are at their safest.
the space shuttle cant go to the moon only the Saturn v could take people there
Because it does not have enough power to break through the atmosphere.
The astronaut would release the object outside of the space shuttle and let it fall towards Earth due to gravity. The object would follow a trajectory back to Earth's surface without the need for further propulsion.
it cant only if you throw it from in a plane in the air. it cant only if you throw it from in a plane in the air.
The shuttle rockets are not as powerful as the Saturn 5 rocket.
you cant
no you cant
You cant really. You can only make a runway, then have ur sims put on clothes, and walk down the runway, then back again. You cant actually make them "strut their stuff." However, you can make several sims go down the runway and then back and add music and lights to make it look like a fasion show.
