It can be hard to live with for many different reasons. First, your moods are always going up and down and you can't seem to find a balance between happy and sad. Second, sometimes if people know you have bipolar, sometimes rude people look down upon you because they think it's some kind of handicap so people are always thinking you are handicapped or some type of strange disease. Thirdly, a lot of people don't understand and think that you are just depressed and you literally can't help it, but they don't know that and they think you can just be happy all the time and think that you just have a bad attitude when you can't help it.

This is a suppisition. The mentally ill often require reassurances. They often require reassurances that the "bad" man or "bad" woman who harmed them as children will never be able to wontonly beat them again with instruments. Instruments such as sticks, tree branches, wire hangers, shoes. The mentally ill simply need to find many places, not just one location where they met once a week, to have as zones where they will not be beaten or intimidated by people who uses moments or periods of inattention to inflict their strikes. On the other hand though, the mentally ill should know that their stories when told over and over again can also cause unpleasant feelings. So a thought is to find topics that are safe. People who are not mentally ill often talk about topics that are not harmful or internally or spiritually debilitating. Why? Because while the mentally ill were being beaten, their small peers were also being intimated by the looming possibility of being beaten. The threat of being beaten was equally in their world. You feel the sting, they felt the possibility of physical harm. This is called the method of control. perhaps it has been eradicated. But hopefully by writing about it WE CAN erase it and wish it into a state much like the terradactle, gone, succumbed to extinction.

With two medium size eggs

Put a shallow pan on the stove

Place a "pat" of butter or margarine in the shallow pan

Allow the butter to dissolve

Pour the scrambled eggs in the shallow pan

Do not leave the shallow pan with fire unattended

When the yolk and eggs whites turn yellow and white the eggs are cooked. The last time I scrambled eggs, I toasted bread as well with the breakfast. This was filling and it was not a lot of food to weigh down my stomach.

The mentally ill become ill because they have absorbed too many of the harrows of life. That is why they are feared. They are feared by people who are mentally ill. They are feared by people who have been bullying them for years.
