First,Take out the battery with a small star screwdriver.Second,Wait 1-5 minutes.Thrid,Put it back in.Fourth,Put it on the charger your using.Last,Wait aproxamitly(about) 1-2 days.If that doesn't work,Take the Nintendo* or GameStop and they'l recharge the battery or fix any other problem.Hope I helped and have a nice day.:)
