There is no reason a man cannot wear a skirt or dress in public. Although he may be met with public scrutiny, it is important to be true to yourself and be confident in your choices.
I like to dress 1x a week and go out. I usually wear a short tight micro mini skirt (pink) , shiny off black pantyhose, 5" stilettos (black patent), gold anklet, black bra, white long sleeve blouse and a vest. It just feels good. I get some very positive compliments, however, I do not carry on a conversation with anybody. If I am spoken to, I just say hello/good by or have a nice day. I do not wear any makeup or wig.
