Why can't some players get the Santa Buddies game on Poptropica?

Some ad-games on Poptropica are age-dependent. Some of the older players will not see the "Santa Buddies" game (November 2009) at the Arcade site on Early Poptropica.

Also, boy players 12-14 years old will likely see the "Phineas & Ferb" game instead of the "Night at the Museum" ad-game (both late November 2009). You can create a younger character to play the games, but you cannot transfer the rewards to a different username.
