There could be many reasons. Maybe the CD doesn't have enough room to hold the file. Maybe the file has a bug or an issue.

Absolutely ! Any file you can save to your hard-drive can be copied or saved to a CD.... Provided the CD is a CD-R or CD-RW of course ! I regularly use CD-RW to back-up my files.
When you run a file it goes to a temporary location and can be deleted, but when you save it will be saved to your computer and it cant be deleted unless you do so.

In a normal CD you can store up to 700MB of information, or around 60 minutes of Music saved in order to play in CD players. If you choose to save music in a CD as Data, you can play it on the computer but you cant play it on a CD player, yet again it saves space.
The answer to this question is simply, no you cant! The only way to have another saved file, is first buy a disk called 'EZFlash V' and then copy your saved data twice and just rename it.
If you are on a Mac you can go to the Finder window and try putting the saved file on your flash drive by clicking and dragging it.
