AnswerThere can be a god if you want there to be. Atheists generally are unconcerned about whether others believe in a god, be this the abrahamic God or any other. Just do not insist that atheists follow your beliefs.

AnswerIf, by god, you are referring to the traditional idea of God as a being who possesses the attributes of omnipotence and omniscience, then this God cannot possibly exist, because the attributes of having all power and all knowledge are mutually incompatible. If God knows everything there is to know, including knowing perfectly and entirely every future event, then it is certain that that foreseen event will transpire as foreseen by God, and God does not have the power to change it, and is therefore not omnipotent. If he can change a future event which He has already foreseen, then there is a flaw in God's omniscience. To put it another way,

Does God omnipotent find

the power to change his future mind ?

This does not rule out all possible gods. Perhaps there is a God, but he is not all powerful, but all knowing, or perhaps He is all knowing but not all powerful.
