Murder is one type of homicide. Homicide is the broad category that also includes lesser crimes in which one person kills another.
Homicide just means killing another man. Normally murder means homicide done with the deliberate intention to kill. Killing, normally following an act of violence, without the intention to kill is known as manslaughter. The legal details depend on the country or State concerned. In the US, manslaughter may be considered a type of murder.
There isn't a special name for this situation; most just call it a homicide/suicide.
A charge of murder means the offender pre-planned (pre-meditated) the killing and did it on purpose (with criminal intent). Homicide just means someone killed another person. It may have been an accident or from negligence, in which the offender would still get a prison sentence, just not as harsh if he was found to be guilty of murder.
Homicide is when someone kills someone else, also called murder. It is unsure how homicide is actually started, but it usually starts when someone wants something that the other person has, or just pure hatred. There are also random homicides such as when gunmen just start shooting at random people. Either way, the person behind a homicide most likely has a mental illness to be killing random people, but it is all "human nature" related.

"There are four kinds of Homicide: felonious, excusable, justifiable, and praiseworthy."- Ambrose Bierce (1842-1914)American author -The Devil's Dictionary.(By M.T.F COOL) ^_^

A just murder is a Justified murder. A murder with a good reason. For eksampel. A psycho kills your wife in front of you. Then you kill the psycho. Your murder i a Just murder.
This is a good example of circumstantial evidence; this is basically when the evidence is just a matter of "in the wrong place at the wrong time". If there was little other evidence besides it a prosecution would find it very difficult to get a trial, much less a conviction.
I just searched Wikipedia for both Marco Island - and Murder Island. The Marco Island makes no reference to Murder Island and the search on Murder Island returned no results !
