It may be that some people are able to control their dreams easily because they have a more flexible division than usual between their conscious and subconscious (unconscious) minds. But there are no reliable studies that have examined this area of consciousness, and there are people who can learn to control their dreams in spite of initial difficulties. It is important to remember that each individual is unique and that claims made on the internet about lucid dreaming cannot be generalized to apply to everyone.

∙ 12y agoyou can control the start of your dreams but where they go when you sleep is another thing. we all dream but not alot of people actually remember their dreams until something brings it back that happens in real life.
Your dreams are about your brain giving you hints on what is in the future or just your brain amusing itself depends who you talk to.
