if you have white braces it can stain it. also it can stain your teeth, leaving white marks when you get your braces off.

∙ 13y agoThe reason why you cant eat caramel with braces is because they'll get stuck in your braces and when the dentist takes the braces off , there will be a spot of the caramel you ate!
