If you mean why can't you go into chapter 2 in Pottermore, this is because the book has not yet been opened. They want to leave the first book as the sole book for the time being to allow the new players to fully explore and experience both the book itself and the site in all, without having also the second book to experience.
The way I see it, we should accept that these things are not yet open and simply wait to be given it.
