That depends on where you are looking, but it might be because of the language settings on whatever software you are using. If you have it set to English, they might not show you the Spanish stuff.

Go under "options" and see where frostwire is saving the songs to. Check that folder and if there is nothing there run a search on your computer for one of the songs you have downlaoded. if you still cant find any songs then i recommend reinstalling the software.

Yes. They are. In all of their interviews (you can see on YouTube) they talk about how all of their songs are coming from God. They explain how and why. They are my favorite band personally. And they come on christian stations all the time. So yes. They are.
Christianity certainly comes out of a majority of their songs, but they aren't Christian. The lead singer of Coldplay definitely believes in God, he just doesn't know who God is. Like in one of Coldplay's songs Cemetries of London "I see God in my garden, but I don't know what he said. For my heart it wasn't open, not open."
