because it has clorine
You flock a pool as a last resort to clear the water. If you cant get the pools water to clear up using normal filtration then you may need to use a floculant. let the pool settle completely for a couple of days. This will cause the impurity's to settle to the bottom of the pool from where you then carefully vacuum the bottom layer of cloudy water to waste. most pool shops wil have the floculant and instructions required for this operation. Have them test your pools water before you do it though.
Whether you can see objects at the bottom of a pool depends on several factors, including water clarity, lighting, and depth. In clear water and good lighting conditions, you can usually see objects clearly. However, if the water is murky or the pool is deep, visibility may be limited. Additionally, reflections and shadows can also affect how well you see the bottom.

Not clear; you cant see through it; stay out of the water.
13'7", but why? You wouldn't build a pool like that, it's not really safe. well i got alot of pbunnies
The rays of light refract from water to the air so they refract away from the normal and this means that the bottom of the pool seems less deep than it is.
A silver dollar cant rust, however you may get some oxidation as pool chlorine is an oxidant .
Swimming in a shallow pool can be more challenging because there is less water to work with, making it easier to hit the bottom or sides. a deep pool can provide more space to swim without those obstacles.
All depends on how deep the water is, and whether the bottom slopes.
That would depend on what you want to do with your pool. If you want to use it for diving then you will need a minimum of 8 feet (I would want 9 or 10 feet as you will hit bottom if you just jump in at 8 feet). If you to use your pool for vollyball, then you would want to keep it shallower so that you can stand on the bottom occasionally, so 4 - 5 feet or less would be good. You have to decide what you want to do first. A fifty foot long swimming pool is usually 12 feet at the deep end.

They usually make the pool too deep for the players to touch, and if they are able to touch it; it is deep enough for the refs to notice
