Why can't you smoke marijuana?

You can as long as your not stupid enough to do it in public not only do you never know but these days you get caught faster than you know it people are foolish enough to think police don't know what a joint is Ha Ha that's why many people decide to ride around their cars whilst having a joint in their mouth as if no one will notice or have a group in their car smoking like no one notices the smoke or the fact that its a joint putting all that aside in various places like Holland and so on, hash and marijuana is sold by shops like a smokers paradise.
