∙ 11y ago- Well, that depends on the reason behind not being able to get on Xbox Live in the first place, this can include being banned, the membership ran out etc., if it's from being banned and it's permanent, I would recommend contacting the support team and seeing if they can do something about it or appeal it one way or another. If it's from the membership running out, you're going to have to purchase another prepaid card.
