How do you tell a girl that you love her if you are a girl?

It's okay to tell a girl that you love her, but you have to REALLY mean it. You have to know what you're talking about, know that you really have feelings for her and it's not a phase, and you have to be willing to do absolutely ANYTHING for her on the spot. Anything. You have to love her imperfections, and know in your heart that she's beautiful from the inside out. If you don't mean it, then in the end you could really hurt her.

I don't hae any experiance but its ok to be whoever you want to be, first see if she is like you too. You know if she likes girls. If so then just do it, it wont be as akward. If you arn't sure then be friends with her. One day just say i love you and if she looks a little creeped say "I'm only kidding! Your a great friend!" if she is happy great job! if not then just accept it and try someone else. See to it first that the current relationship you have with this girl is an as an intimate friend. If you are close to each other, this bond that you have together will help you keep her on your side. In every great relationship that I know of, theirs become a lasting and stable one because they are basically friends to each other. They understand each other on a deeper and more personal level than anyone else. And this should be your foundation, something to hold on and invest to first before you really disclose to her how you feel.

Well first I believe you should see if there is a chance she would return any type of feelings in that way in return. Like is the other girl even bi or gay. If she is then just tell her how you feel. The only risk you would regret in doing this is not knowing if she feels the same way about you

Then, you will want to go some place private, where you want feel intimidated or scared, and just be honest and tell them that you love them.
