Can a person submit questions to WikiAnswers in Arabic or must they be in English?
You can ask questions on this site both in English and in Arabic. However, since most of the Answerers on this site are English-speaking, you will more easily get an answer if you ask the question in English and put it in the proper category.

I think that many of the users at WA are not primarily English speakers, and another large segment are young teens and below. They may well not know how to catagorize their questions properly yet.

Not everyone here knows proper English. Others may be lazy and use chat speech. Then of course, some are just young. In addition, there is some debate as to what is proper English. Proper British English is not the same as proper American English. Other English-speaking nations have their own variations of English.

The reason for this is that there are some people who want to have "fun" on this website and give gibberish or inappropriate answers. As long as people answer truthfully or reliably, proper answers can be given. There are many questions on this site that have proper answers.

WikiAnswers is a family website. Many, if not most, of the questions come from children and teenagers. There are plenty of other sexually explicit pornography websites that you can use to find titilating sexual material. We want to keep this site clean so that families can continue to use it. Frank questions about human anatomy or physiology are fine; children need to learn how their bodies work and what the proper terminology is. Sexually explicit questions, sexual propositions, pedophile solicitations, and requests for pornography links will be ignored or reported to the proper authorities.
