sometimes the fuel needs to get there...turn the ignition on and off 3 times,but do not start the car,listen all 3 times for the fuel pump to turn on,if its not turning on check the wiring...also sometimes there may be air in the fuel lines,in this case relieve the fuel pressure on the fuel rail(for example fords have a schrader valve located on the passenger side fuel rail,i work on mustangs more than anything lol)if you have a pressure relief,push it lightly with a towel on it or covering it or you get sprayed in the face ;( let all of the pressure out till you hear nothing....try again if the cars fuel pump is turning ON when you turn the ignition...
