Why should there be any limit on the amount of knowledge that can be obtained through the asking of questions and the accompanying responses?
In the pursuit of elucidating information, WikiAnswers permits the asking of any question that is answerable (i.e. What smells neigh? is not answerable) and appropriate (i.e. using swear words in inappropriate).

When WikiAnswers says you can ask anything, it is assumed you would ask a legitimate question which has a legitimate answer. Questions that are merged into "What questions add no value" are generally questions that are of no value to other people or simply make no sense.
