its because you have to be 13 years pold or over. but if you still want to sign up just choose your birth date up to 1995 or less or you can try 1996 it might work but you have go 1995 and less because if you go up it will mean your 12 years old and under.and your password has to be harder so no one can guess and at less it has to be 5 or more letters or numbers.
