You can wear one if you like, but most people find it uncomfortable and it's not good to not let your breast air out.
yeah they can wear but it is better not to wear while sleeping.
ok face the facts it doesn't matter what kind of bra you wear. Your boobs grow at there own pace. when i was about 13 i already had the bra size B 39. i only wore a training bra at night when im sleeping other wise if you wear a push up bra or padded then your boobs might not grow anymore for a while so i would only wear a training bra when you sleep. :)
That is because Bra help you relax and felt comfortable! While wearing Sari, it felt a little hot and sweaty also it's a bit uncomfortable while sleeping in it. Bra is very comfortable and you can sleep very well in it! It also let cool air so it won't get hot or stuffy! I hope this answers help! :D
Never use a bra when sleeping. The tissue needs to rest and not squeezed 24 hours a day. There is also no reason to wear it at then.
your choice. if you do wear a bra, wear a sports bra
well if u can see u arnt wearing a bra when ur wearing a training bra and its very noticable ull need a padded bra and if u cant u need a training bra 7-however old will probably want a training bra
She has not been shown to wear a bra.
Ideally if you have small breasts, which arent heavy and are perky which don't hang down, you shouldn't wear a bra you don't need one, the more you wear a bra the more chance you have of breast cancer. lose the bra Or in my opinion the best thing to do is wear a bra without the hangle. if you are wearing a short top there is many ways you could wear a bra without showing it on! go to a bra shop and buy the bra with the hangle because if you are not wearing a bra your breast will be hanging in there so wear bra to make it more sexy to impress:P
nothing,if you feel comfortable then wear it but wear a bra so you can get used to it.
If you need a bra, you should wear one.
No it does not. It's not good for them to sleep with a bra on though.
There is no scientific evidence to support the claim that wearing a bra to sleep can stop the growth of the breast. Breast growth is primarily determined by genetics, hormones, and age. It is generally recommended to wear a comfortable bra that provides support during the day, but it is not necessary to wear one while sleeping.
