sounds like either your engine has ingested water thru the intake and attempted to compress the water, hydro-locking the internals of the engine and damaging them. or you have damaged the electrical systems of the car causing a short. take it a mecahnic to have it diagnosed. it could be as simple as hair drying some elecronics or as severe as rebuilding your entire engine
