In most molecules a covalent bond involves sharing a pair of electrons. A double bond involves two pairs and a triple bond involves eight. Under the normal rules of covalent bonds there is not enough room for four pairs to make a quadruple bond.

A secret
i dont know ahahaahahahah Edit: That person is wow... anyways :) The atom becomes negatively charged. Are you talking about when an electron comes from a different element? Those are called ions :) If two share the same electron, that makes an ionic compound.
Electron excitation occurs when an electron absorbs energy, typically through interactions with photons or collisions with other particles. This absorbed energy can elevate the electron to a higher energy level within an atom or molecule.
If they hit the other time out and for not sharing time out you dont want to abuse
