They don't "choose" the answers. Anyone can post an answer, and there is more than enough ignorance to go around.
They are by default - you can change it in the 'settings' option in the blue panel if you choose.
We do have the category Questions About WikiAnswers and a category Questions about Answers.com Questions get put in misc or uncategorized when a user does not choose a category.
If you're talking about WikiAnswers, you go to the search icon in the top right, and then you choose to search "Members."
Nothing will happen, your account will remain open for you to come back to whenever you choose.
Yes! If you have a specific question about form, grammar, spelling, style, etc., you can ask a question about it and it can be answered. You can get different answers for your essay topic and you can choose one for your essay. WikiAnswers will not write the essay for you.
If you send a question to a Brand, first, it should be appropriate for that brand. Then, the brand can choose to answer the question.
WikiAnswers cannot read your mind to know what you regret - you'll have to answer the question honestly and tell them what you regret and why.
