To incorporate cocurricular activities in a school curriculum, you can allocate specific time slots during the school day for these activities, offer a variety of options for students to choose from, collaborate with external organizations or experts for specialized activities, and ensure that the activities align with the school's overall goals and values.
As with any applicants, it depends on the school, your cocurricular activities, your G.P.A., and many, many other factors. There is no one accepted score.
Yes. You are right. Usually parents from developing countries hate co-curricular activities. Such activities are the integral part of education. Parents feel that it will divert your attention from studies. Actually such activities improve your overall performance and add to personality development. Please take it easy. But one thing is for sure that love and care of parents can not be questioned. You will never find in your life time somebody loving you more than your parents.

Extracurricular activities are important to round out your education, and are often important and fair in high school to be on the National Honor Society that takes service and leadership activities into account besides grades. The Honor Roll usually considers grades only, not extra curricular activities. It is up to the school system, however, to define their terms. Frankly, I never heard of extra curricular activities as a requirement for honor roll.
