Not sure of the detail your after, but the simplest reason is because different salts have different elements in them, and since all atoms have a unique spectrum, they all emit different colours, the salts are based on the metals since metals tend to emit in the visible spectrum.
Hence different salts have different metals which absorb energy from the flame and then give it off in a distintive series of jumps the electron will make from the excited state to it's ground state. This series is specific to the atom, and hence a different colour to that of the other salts.
Common salt is a white powder, large crystals are transparent with no color. Sodium chloride does not have energy bands low enough to absorb visible light. Coloured salts are generally transition metals which have these lower energy bands.
well it depends on where the salt came from or what substances it has
Table salt (NaCl) is white; only extremely impure salt is coloured.
They are colored because they contain some impurities.
because that is how god created it
White (colorless) cubic crystals.
There is no such thing as a "pure-bred" black cat. "Black" is just a coat colour, just like "white", "blue", brown" or "red" (orange/ginger). They are not breeds or species. Black is a common coat colour found in many different breeds.
It is not. Electrical charges do not have a colour. However it might be depicted on iagrams with black - it is just a common convention to make them easier to read.

Black is the most common color.
Gorillas most common colour is black and the second is brown.
Black is the most common. Blood red is second.
The most common solid colour found on a cat is most likely black. Many black cats can be found in shelters, as it considered an "undesired" colour. This may be because the colour black is considered unlucky, or that a solid black cat isn't as interesting to look at compared to a cat with a tabby or a tortoiseshell patterning.

Guitars are as varied in colour as anything else in the world, but the 2 most common colours are Black, and light brown (as in the original wood colour).
Salt licks don't come in purple, unless you're colour blind or something. Majority of blocks come in black, red, or blue.
I know that the common ant is black, but I think they can be red too.
