A computer can't think, it calculates. It reacts to a command which was pre-programmed by a human. A computer is like a car and you are the programmer; if you turn the key the motor runs, if you turn the steering wheel (mouse) the car turns. If you push the brakes it stops..... A car can't think either. It does what we command it to do and it can "crash" if you give it a wrong command or it is over-loaded.

∙ 11y agoComputers have no spirit, soul, nor personality. Nor can they make judgment calls. They only do what others created them to do, and they do not function well outside of that realm. Even if we could artificially give them a personality, they would be unable to act beyond the level of someone with autism. That said, even people with autism can use rote learning, and that is basically what a computer can provide. Computers have no understanding of what they do, they just do it, and if they are asked to do things they were not created nor programmed to do, unpredictable results can occur.

i did not get the word tinking i guess it is thinking.well to that question,because we only set up the program but the later process is done by computer. for example,if we put some words for finding the information over it and we enter it so the connecting way shows that the computer is thinking.
