According to Bohr's model of atom, there is a nucleus in the centre with the electrons revolving around it. This is analogous to the solar system with the sun in the centre and the planets revolving around it. Hence the name, planetary model.

Probably, I would think. However, like most scientists, Bohr was most likely skeptical yet optimistic and I would guess that he would accept any other theories with evidence.
