When the wheels of a car turn, friction causes the wheels to push back on the road, which in turn causes the road to push the car forward. Without friction the wheels would just spin in place. You can sometimes see this occur on icy roads, where there is very little friction.
no. because if their was not fritction no one could move

when you walk; wheels roll to move cars; you grasp something in your hand; cars brake; these are all because of friction. Really there are advantages of friction.
Walking requires friction. Cars and bikes could not move without a frictional force between their wheels and the road. If you wrap a rope around a pole several times, you can use friction to your advantage (eg. suspension of a large mass). There are other reasons but I'm not going to go into any more detail.
by reducing the mass you reduce the friction, and by reducing the friction reduce the fuel needed to move the car, this applies to all cars not only CO2 cars.
Friction is the force that makes it possible to stop a car - a friction between wheels and road surface is a stopping force there. Also, friction is necessary for maneuvering - if the wheels slipped, you wouldn't be able to make a turn.
Streamlining helps the cars reduce friction, which makes them have better gas mileage and be able to move faster.
make it electric cars
Traction is, at its essence, friction. It gives the tires grip, allowing the vehicle to move. Allowing it to accelerate, brake and corner. Without it(like on ice) you wouldn't have control of the car and it could spin out, slide off the road or run into of cars.
Walking on the ground. Car motion on the ground. Driving belts of the engines. Stopping of vehicles with friction pads. Get seated and secure in a car when it stops without hitting the windscreen. and a lot more. Friction between tyre and the road allows cars to move forward and stay on the road, as well as the friction between your feet and the floor allows you to move. Friction between break pads and wheels allows cars to break. Friction causes objects to lose energy through heat, ie when parts of a motor rub together.
it makes things move without friction
If there was no friction the vehicles would never stop, we couldn't write on the board as friction makes chalk writing visible. Without friction no building could be constructed, the vehicles on the road would never move. Friction helps a lot in many ways and is a necessary in our life.
