Why could only pharmacists understand doctor's handwriting?

They are trained so that they can interpret messy and quick handwriting, preferably those of docters.

Actually, most anyone could understand the doctor's handwriting if you know medical terminology and abbreviations - the trick is figuring out which one they're trying to write. Often, a pharmacist has to contact the doctor and ask!
