You couldn't eat anything without plants. Every living thing on out planet is dependent on plants. Some eat plants directly (herbivores), while carnivores eat animals (that eat plants), and omnivores eat both.

None existent. Without plants we would have no oxygen to live by, as the plants produce this. We couldn't eat plants, and neither could any other animals. There would be a shortage of food as cows, chickens, and pretty much anything else dies out. Although this wouldn't matter as we'd be dead from the lack of oxygen.
