Only a few of the early civilizations developed alphabets and Writing. And the Celtic civilization was one of the majority that didn't.
The Celts primarily relied on oral tradition for the transmission of their history, stories, and knowledge. They did not have a standardized writing system like the Romans or Greeks. While some Celtic cultures had primitive forms of writing, they were not widely used or developed in the same way as the written languages of other ancient civilizations.
The leader of the Celts was queen boudicca

The Celts were a diverse group of tribal societies that lived across Europe. They had their own languages, art, and religion, and advanced metalworking skills. While they did not have a centralized state or urban centers like other ancient civilizations, they had a complex social structure and were skilled warriors and traders. So, in many ways, they can be considered civilized.
Read/write memory is memory that can be read and can be changed.
