In order to replace the rear wheel bearing you will need to find the axle shaft bearings and remove them. They are located at the center of the housing where the ring and pinion gears and at the axle end near the wheel mounting position.
The thrust bearing is located in the crankshaft journal. usually in the center main cap. Although sometimes toward the front or rear it is recognizable, the only main bearing with sides.
Unfortunately, the answer to that question is difficult to come by without knowing the location and use of the rotary couplings. The answer could be anywhere from $200-$2000. Please specify use for rotary couplings.
The bearing near to the drive end is outboard bearing and the bearing in non drive end is inboard bearing.
