Faulty plug lead, and/or distributor cap,if applicable
Combustion requires three things: air, fuel, and spark. Most likely, the cylinder is getting air. Next to check is spark. Check/replace the spark plug & plug wire. Make sure the coil pack is sending spark to that cylinder. If yes on all that, next to check/replace would be the fuel injector for that cylinder.
Yes it does have spark plugs....no it does not have wires, they have boots from cylinder 1-5 and a diff one for 6th cylinder

I can't tell from here. Check the spark plug in the #5 cylinder, and the ignition wire to the plug.
Each cylinder needs fuel, compression and spark. You are missing one of those.
If you know which cylinder is not getting a spark you should know why. Put a new plug and lead in No. 4. and see what happens.
Check your spark plug connections and spark plugs. If necessary, replace them.

Check for spark.

Could be a faulty spark plug or fuel injector for that cylinder. Try getting a new set of spark plugs and add premium octane fuel for a cleaner engine.
There would be six spark plugs for a six cylinder engine. One for each cylinder. Unless it is a diesel, then there are no spark plugs.
